By accessing or using the WorkFolds™ website and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WorkFolds™ is a pre-launch AI workflow platform. Currently, the Service is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

WorkFolds™ is a trademark of Granitepond LLC. All content, features, and functionality on the Service are owned by Granitepond LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or reverse engineer any part of our Service.

4. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Granitepond LLC, including but not limited to VaultBaseAI.com, Microsoft Azure, Expo, Railway, and Apple. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

5. Microsoft Identity / Azure Sign-In

Future features of the Service may utilise Microsoft Identity and Azure Sign-In for authentication. By using these features, you acknowledge that you are also bound by Microsoft's applicable terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Expo / Mobile App Platform

Future mobile applications associated with the Service may be built using Expo and distributed via the Apple App Store. Your use of such applications will be subject to the respective terms and conditions of those platforms.

7. Railway / Backend Infrastructure

Our backend infrastructure is hosted on Railway. You agree not to use the Service in any way that abuses, overburdens, or impairs this infrastructure.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any of the following:

• Security & Infrastructure Attacks: Including DDoS attacks, unauthorised access, distributing malware, port scanning, circumventing security measures, credential-stuffing, or operating botnets.
• Cryptocurrency & Resource Abuse: Including cryptocurrency mining, reselling computing resources, generating excessive load, or operating Tor nodes.
• Deception, Fraud & Impersonation: Including phishing, fraud, impersonation of any person or entity, forging false documents, or social engineering.
• Spam & Unauthorised Data Collection: Including sending spam, unauthorised data scraping, or using automated bots to harvest information.
• Illegal Content & Conduct: Including the distribution of CSAM, issuing true threats, incitement to violence, defamation, distributing obscene material, targeted harassment, illegal surveillance, or any violation of U.S., New Hampshire, or applicable international law.
• Intellectual Property: Including copyright, trademark, or patent infringement, removing proprietary notices, or distributing pirated software.
• Export Controls & Sanctions: Including violations of EAR, ITAR, or OFAC regulations.
• Platform Integrity: Including developing competing products using our proprietary information or circumventing App Store guidelines.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Granitepond LLC makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New Hampshire law, Granitepond LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cheshire County, New Hampshire.

These Terms of Service are effective as of May 16, 2026.
